Greetings. My name is Matthew ... Matthew Works. I am, presently, serving as the host to this website --- OpenChurches.org --- inviting, and welcoming-in, any and all visitors.
( I consider anyone who arrives at this website --- either intentionally or inadvertantly --- to have done so by way of the Holy Spirit of the Living God who draws whomever She* wills, however She* wills.)
* Note : I say "She", here, based on the fact that the Hebrew word for the Spirit (or, breath) of God is "ruah", which is a feminine gender word. For God --- i.e., the Creator, who created all-of-us human beings (male and female, in God's own image) --- is somehow (mysteriously) both male and female, both masculine and feminine, at the same time; as Jesus (God's Beloved Son) was/is male, and He spoke of "Abba" (His Heavenly Father); but He also spoke of God's Spirit / "ruah" (a feminine gender word)._______________________________________________________________
This website --- i.e., this ministry / this movement --- is really all about God's Ideals (i.e., Peace, Love, Truth, Justice, Mercy, Compassion, etc).

and, thus, this website is all about the fact that churches are supposed to be, are meant to be :
- OPEN ( not locked ! ),
- open TO ALL ( all, without exception ! ),
- and open ALL THE TIME ( 24 hrs per day, 7 days per week ! )
In other words, churches are supposed to be practicing RADICAL CHRISTIAN HOSPITALITY !
